It is with great excitement we would like to announce Wilson’s Transportation Inc. has entered into a definitive purchase agreement with PFA Systems, Inc., a bulk liquid transport company that specializes in providing quality service in hazardous material hauling. The acquisition closed December 2021.

PFA Systems, Inc. has been a valued partner with Wilson Industrial Sales and WTI for the past several years. We have come to know them as a dedicated carrier with the same company standards that align with the Wilson companies core values.

I am sure each of you have personally been affected by the current state of the transportation industry. This acquisition will position both WTI and Wilson Industrial Sales to continue providing excellent customer service with professional on time deliveries to our valued customers while achieving the level of growth we are striving for.

PFA will continue to operate under the PFA name and their current organizational structure as will Wilson Transportation.
